Using Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan (also called "document delivery") is the service to use if a journal article is not available online in the library research databases and isn't in print in the library either. That means the article comes from a source that the library does not own or subscribe to. In that case, the library requests the article from another library in our sharing networks that own the article. This slideshow shows you how it works.
